Detailed Reporting Every inspector is equipped with a portable phone to report to our head office who in turn keep our operation department updated throughout the duration of the job and report their findings quickly. Digital photographs can also be taken on demand to provide visual evidence of material’s quality and cargo operations. Updates are being informed to our clients on daily basis. A detailed report will be produced and sent to our clients by fax and / or e-mail upon completion of work, so that this makes usage for final settlement purposes and/or protect our clients from any unnecessary claims. |
